Ascension Reiki Level 1 Training | Awaken The Energy

This 1.5 day training is about commencing a deeper journey of spiritual evolution - of the self, through the self, to the self. It is created as a retreat style training to promote greater self-awareness and thought processing, while developing your connecting with energy, intuition, and your higher self.

The traditional Usui Reiki system is outdated, dogmatic, and a little too rigid for the modern high vibrational energetic frequencies that we get to work with if we have the right tools, techniques, and teacher to open our minds. The traditional approach is over 100 years old, and to be honest, its true lineage died a long time ago, and has now become an amalgamation of traditions woven into one - which is why I stopped teaching it.

Instead, I did the deep research that others wouldn't, and created my own version releasing the dogmatic constraints of solely Japanese Reiki traditions, to help you find your own unique energy signature through imagination, intention, trust and belief:

This isn't just my opinion, but one from a Reiki master I personally learned from in Kyoto back in 2024, as I was writing my Reiki Masters, spending time at Mount Kurama to soak in the energies of the mountain where Mikao Usui founded Reiki himself, 100 years earlier.

When I asked Yuichi what he shared his thoughts:

"I have a suggestion. You wrote that there was something missing in the Reiki that left Japan. I don't think that's the case, I feel like it's taken in too many unnecessary things. Reiki is originally a simple mechanism. By practising Reiki, you let go of unnecessary things and it becomes simple. Reiki is very simple and profound"

Everything he said, I agree with. It is a simple approach, simple to learn, simple to work with; so if you want the 'simple' teachings; I'm probably not the right teacher for you.

I want to teach you not only the traditional aspects of Reiki that really will challenge and change your life and that of others, but resource you with information that comes from an amalgamation of energetic principles influenced by a rich, global perspective, that are much older than Reiki, in a modernised approach, teamed with actual science.

Reiki Level One training is an activation of your life force energy within, helping you to comprehend your place in the world, purpose, and abilities far beyond that of that governing mind. It starts to awaken your psychic senses, and created a pathway of self purification, in order to start working with higher vibrational energies like Kundalini. S

Overview:

• Saturday | Learning, processing, working with energy, attunements, meditations, self healing

• Sunday | A mini-retreat day (4 hours), where you will start exploring Kundalini Activation Frequencies and somatic work

Reiki level one is a vital step in understanding how to cultivate your life force energy, an opening portal to attune you with your higher self and spirit guides, and step into the realms of the higher consciousness as you begin to learn - who you really are.

I focus on creating intimate, small group settings where people can communicate easily, feeling seen and supported and comfortable in a home based setting where we will remain uninterrupted by the chaos of the outside world. Each small group training will host a maximum of 6 people. We will be making the most of my home based healing studio and living areas to provide comfort, spaciousness, and aligned intention of the deeply spiritual work we will be moving through.

You will receive:

• A 100 page Reiki Level One workbook with intensive research and hands on techniques

• Light refreshments, herbal teas, and snacks

• 4x Attunements to Usui Reiki Level One

• Light language activation to smooth the frequency transmission, and remove the teether to traditional lineage - so you can start connecting with your own, truth; your signature energy.

• Kundalini Activation group shadow work session (Sunday) with somatic work

• Practical Experience of hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki

• Templates designed to help your self-healing process and integration

• Reiki Level One training certificate

• Ongoing support via WhatsApp as you need

Finer Details

• Hours: This is an extensive, 2x day training which will be approximately 12 hours (including pre-reading)

• Times: Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm | Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm

• Preparation: 1 hour of pre-reading and homework

• Location: Avelin Street, Hampton

• Integration: Please allow 1 hour per day for 21 days after your attunements for self healing and reflection.
