Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as we will be starting promptly at 7:30.

This is a strictly sober dance experience. Do not bring alcohol or any other kind of drug into the space and do not come inebriated.

During the dance please do not talk to others. We have created this space specifically as a chance to have an inward journey and there will be time for sharing and socialising during the closing circle.

Please avoid touching or attempting to dance with those around you as this can interrupt other people's processes.

Listen to your body. If you need to take a break, lie down, leave the space momentarily, or have a snack, please do so. We will provide fruit and vegan snacks if you are hungry.

This is a totally judgement-free, inclusive, and loving space and we would please ask you to bring the values of Peace, Love, Unity and Respect to the space. This means respecting people's personal space and avoiding staring/gawking at others.

Disconnect from the outside world - turn your phone to silent, do not disturb or airplane mode and leave them at the door. We will make sure to keep things on schedule so you can completely relax and enjoy the experience.

These guidelines are hallmarks of conscious intentional dancefloors and we please ask that you respect each of them, as they are all essential in enabling transformative experiences for everyone.
