Join us for a spectacular celebration of Yarra Valley winter produce. Oakridge Head Chef, Daniel Snooks, finds inspiration through the restaurant’s panoramic windows and in the estate's abundant kitchen garden. The architectural conduit between the guest experience and the Yarra Valley landscape has sparked Daniel's desire to create a seamless connection between the region, the dining room and the kitchen.
