Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Led Class

We are offering regular Full Primary Led Classes in Buranda (Woollongabba) on Saturday. 

The Ashtanga Yoga Led Primary Series class is taught with the traditional Sanskrit count and students move together with the count through the set sequence of postures known as Primary Series. Class starts at 7:30am- please make sure to be there at least 5 mins before the class starts. Please wear your mask to the class (you can take it off when you roll out your mat:).
