Ashworks Launch

Ashworks is a new Ballarat-based studio creating one-of-a-kind memorial artworks using pigment, ice and a small amount of ashes — paired with a short written tribute. It’s grief-aware, handmade, and deeply personal: a life reimagined.

At this informal launch you’ll meet co-founders Gav Barbey (artist) and Dana Ronan (storyteller), hear a short welcome at 6:00pm, and see a gentle glimpse of the process that sits behind each work. Come for a chat, a toast, and a look at what’s growing here in Ballarat.
