Asia House Briefing with UK Ambassador to Indonesia, Dominic Jermey

Dominic Jermey CVO, OBE, the UK Ambassador to Indonesia, will brief Asia House Corporate Members on the country’s current political and economic situation at an off-the-record briefing on Tuesday, 2 June. 

Ambassador Jermey will discuss Indonesia’s economic outlook and share insights into UK-Indonesia relations at a time of heightened geopolitical complexity. 

While growth and industrial ambition remain strong under President Prabowo, investor concerns are mounting around fiscal policy, institutional resilience and economic governance, particularly after the rupiah has recently fallen to a record low.  

The session will be moderated by Michael Lawrence OBE, Chief Executive of Asia House. Places are limited.
