Your first chance to experience the SXSW cellar door after dark. Perth Chef Chase Weber is bringing his ecliptic Asian flavours to the South West for the first time, creating a feast in collaboration with the ladies from South by South West and local Margaret River citrus producer, Scorza. SXSW will be cracking some of their favourite bottles from the present and past, plus some new releases to pour alongside an equally unique share-style feast with surprise dishes delighting guests throughout the evening. A true collaboration of Chef, Winemaker and Farmer.
