My Invitation

I humbly invite you to a beautiful space where our hearts connect, our hands linked and our love is felt.

Welcome to your community of Asian Women where you may be seen, heard, and felt for who you are. This is a place where you can be yourself and know you are safe.

I invite you to a circle of connection through verbal sharing, meditation, movement as we each find our own way of moving through these new times. An opportunity to be in true alignment with ourselves.

Our theme for our first in-person Circle is Speak our Truth.

Do you sometimes:

* wish you are not the only Asian Woman in heart-centered spaces?

* wish you could just talk about Asian women topics, eg dating as an Asian woman, being a good Asian daughter and being congruent with yourself, speaking up in your own way?

* wonder if you are alone?

My love - I am here to tell you that you are not alone. That you are here for a reason. You are truly needed.

This is a space for you to unwind and to drop deeply into yourself. To connect with the parts of you that have been hidden. The delicate and sensitive parts of you that are yearning for love and connection - with yourself and with your fellow Asian sisters.

This space is created just for you.

Our Journey

On this journey, you will drop into yourself to connect with you. In amongst the busyness, you sigh a sense of relief as you connect with your own body and heart. You feel a sense of belonging as you connect with others and our sharing begins. You feel safe knowing you are in a nourishing container with clear guidelines. You drop into the deeper layers of connection with yourself and with other souls throughout the Circle.

What is a Circle?

Humans have been connecting through circles for many generations. Circles allow souls to come together, to share, to laugh, to cry, to support one another. In the busyness of modern life, we have forgotten the art of Circles, and the connections that are formed. In this Circle, I invite you to drink as much as you feel and to share as much as you desire.

Who can attend?

Those who identify as Asian women are invited - no matter where you were born, raised or multi-ethnicity. This circle has been created for Asian Women who are curious about circles, those who are regular circlers, or those who hold circles themselves and are looking for a space to be held.

Why an Asian Women's Circle?

This Circle is created with the intention of a safe and nurturing space for Asian Women to feel seen, heard and felt. A space where themes and topics that resonate with Asian Women are shared and wisdom passed from one woman to another. For those who don't identify as Asian Woman and would like to be part of my communities, I occasionally hold Connections Across Borders circles for these purposes.
