My Invitation

I humbly invite you to a beautiful space where our hearts connect, our hands linked and our love is felt.

Welcome to your community of Asian Women where you may be seen, heard, and felt for who you are. This is a place where you can be yourself and know you are safe.

I invite you to a circle of connection through verbal sharing, meditation, movement as we each find our own way of moving through these new times. An opportunity to be in true alignment with ourselves.

Do you sometimes:

* wish you are not the only Asian Woman in heart-centered spaces?

* wish you could just talk about Asian women topics, eg dating as an Asian woman, being an Asian daughter, money, ancestral healing, being true to yourself, speaking up in your own way?

* wonder if you are alone?

My love - I am here to tell you that you are not alone. That you are here for a reason. You are truly needed.

This is a space for you to unwind and to drop deeply into yourself. To connect with the parts of you that have been hidden. The delicate and sensitive parts of you that are yearning for love and connection - with yourself and with your fellow Asian sisters.

This space is created just for you.

Our November 2022 theme is: Our Money Story

Our Journey

On this journey, you will drop into yourself to connect with you. In amongst the busyness, you sigh a sense of relief as you connect with your own body and heart. You feel a sense of belonging as you connect with others and our sharing begins. You feel safe knowing you are in a nourishing container with clear guidelines. You drop into the deeper layers of connection with yourself and with other souls throughout the Circle.

Practices weaved throughout the Circle:

Meditation
Verbal sharing
Movement
Journalling

This is for you if...

you are curious
you have a desire to connect with yourself, and with others in a real, genuine way
you are interested in genuine self love through different modalities and practices

This is not for you if...

you don't feel you have time for anything else
you can't set aside 2 hours to be in this sacred space to be in circle
you want to download a template for speaking your truth

May you step into this loving space to nourish and connect through your senses

May you be seen

May you be heard

May you be loved

I look forward to holding this loving and safe space for you to simply be.

If you feel even a tiny yes, I encourage you to book your place now. I will be holding space for 8 Asian Women.

Love notes from Asian Women

"Thank you Jean for holding this special space and creating community that is uniquely for us. I love the flow of the circles and themes of exploration centred around mind and body. I have found the experience to be incredibly nourishing, tantalising all the while pushing me out of my comfort zone little by little. I always come away feeling lifted and inspired to explore and connect!"

“Thank you Jean for holding a safe space for us. I really enjoyed "Asian Women Rising”, which was filled with such beautiful energy. The journaling process had me reviewing my path of my personal awakening and growth journey, and through the sharing, it really helped me reaffirm what I have learned and grown over the years. I felt so connected with all the beautiful sisters regardless of age. I highly recommend all Asian Women in Australia join the circle and create a safe and warm space for each other to share our journey."

"Thank you so much for a wonderful in person circle experience! It was warm, beautiful and just the thing I needed after a much busy month to come back to focus on me"

FAQs

What is a Circle?

Humans have been connecting through circles for many generations. Circles allow souls to come together, to share, to laugh, to cry, to support one another. In the busyness of modern life, we have forgotten the art of Circles, and the connections that are formed. In this Circle, I invite you to drink as much as you feel and to share as much as you desire.

Who can attend?

Those who identify as Asian women are invited - no matter where you were born, raised or multi-ethnicity. This circle has been created for Asian Women who are curious about circles, those who are regular circlers, or those who hold circles themselves and are looking for a space to be held.

Why an Asian Women's Circle?

This Circle is created with the intention of a safe and nurturing space for Asian Women to feel seen, heard and felt. A space where themes and topics that resonate with Asian Women are shared and wisdom passed from one woman to another. For those who don't identify as Asian Woman and would like to be part of my communities, I occasionally hold Connections Across Borders circles for these purposes. Please contact me for further information Jean@SumofJean.com.
