Dave Cohen is a seasoned security and risk professional with over 25 years of experience, grounded in behavioural science and the psychology of risk. He is the ANZ Vice President of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM), founder and Global Chair of its Cyber Security Special Interest Group, and an Axio360 Certified Practitioner in Cyber Risk Assessment and Quantification. Dave has led his own consultancy, developed innovative security solutions, and holds formal qualifications in security risk management, resilience, and high performance, including certification as a Security Risk Management Certified Professional (SRMCP). Known for integrating human factors into both strategic and operational protective strategies, he champions convergence between cyber and physical security, fosters proactive risk cultures, and drives Presilience® capabilities across organisations. In 2025, he was named one of the Life Safety Alliance’s Top 40 Global Thought Leaders in Life Safety and Security.

David Jeffery has built an outstanding career in technology recruitment on the foundations of significant industry experience across IT Project Services, Infrastructure, Software Development, and Testing & Quality Assurance.
