Join Amy Coomer for a behind-the-scenes In Conversation session about building a creative career from Queensland to the world. A published and award-shortlisted YA author, Amy will share practical insights on writing, persistence, navigating submissions, and finding your authentic voice in a competitive industry. She’ll also lift the curtain on developing television drama, including co-creating and working with Screen Queensland. You will also have plenty of time to ask your own questions. Perfect for aspiring YA writers and emerging filmmakers, this interactive session invites bold questions about creativity, collaboration, and turning big ideas into real-world projects.
