Nicholas is the Team Leader of the Community Engagement team at Merri Health Carer Services; the lead organisation of the Carer Gateway program in Victoria. Separate to service delivery, the Community Engagement team actively connects with carers, external providers, and the community to promote Carer Gateway and coordinate groups, events and initiatives that provide vital peer support for carers in Melbourne’s Northern and Western suburbs. Nicholas will be happy to answer questions about Merri Health Carer Services and the Carer Gateway program, including information on eligibility, registration and the range of supports and services that are available.
