    Event description

    Who is this event for?

Researchers and entrepreneurs who want to learn about how venture firms operate and why.

    About this event

In this session, we will explore how venture firms operate and why. The goal is to give researchers and entrepreneurs some insight into why venture investors look for certain attributes in a business and help teams understand whether venture funding might be a fit for what they are building. We will also share some lessons learned and insights specific to early-stage deep tech companies.
