Ask Me Anything about the business of design

Here’s the opportunity to join us: Carol Mackay and Greg Branson online to ask any questions you’ve got around the Business of Design.

Wednesday February 14 12:30 AEDT

We are founders of the Design Business Council. We help creatives manage their business better.

We consult to creative business owners, sharing our experience (of owning and running a design studio), research, and insights (from a decade spent mentoring many Australian creative business owners). Our onlyness is our knowledge of the Australian design industry. We're not just mentors or coaches — we're practitioners — we've spent our career having skin in the game.

We know what it's like to balance creativity with productivity; client needs with profit, and flexibility with deadlines.

We also know that coaching and mentoring can be expensive, so in 2024 we’re doing our best to be more accessible. The value of AMA’s is they are for everybody. They are not limited to a country or time zone. If you’ve a niggling question about the business of design, this is a chance to ask.

Could be about pricing and costing; sales and marketing; design agency management; recruiting and retaining or policies and procedures. The choice is yours. You can email your thoughts earlier or tune in and ask live. We’ll try to get through as many as we can in the hour.
