Ask the Experts: Managing Oral, Eye and Foot Health

This session is packed with expert advice on how to maintain your health and well-being as you age. You’ll gain valuable insights that can help you take charge of your dental, eye, and foot care.

Juliette Tran, oral health therapist at Concord Hospital for Aged Health and Rehabilitation will share essential tips on maintaining good dental hygiene and preventing common dental issues.

Dr. Jessie Huang-Lung, optometrist and researcher based in the University of New South Wales, will provide valuable insights on how to look after your eyes and preserve your vision as you age.

Zainab Al-Modhefer, Podiatrist and associate lecturer in podiatric medicine at Western Sydney University, will talk about how to keep your feet healthy and manage common foot problems.

There will also be a Q&A session where you can ask questions of our experts.
