So what if the 'norm' (like heavy reliance on booze) doesn't feel right to you anymore?

Of course it can feel impossible to make a change.

But when you have your experiences mirrored back to you, you can experience ourselves as part of something bigger, and that sense of belonging can inspire incredible growth and change. I know this from my own experience in women's circles and in my own recovery from trauma and addiction.

We are built to be safe and social creatures - not to do it all alone!

This circle is a warm, relaxed and safe space for ALL those who identify as female. A space to connect, share and celebrate yourself in your journey with sobriety. Whatever sobriety means to you!

Let's be clear my loves. This is not a space to demonise or glorify anyone or their choices. This IS a space for support, connection, celebration and understanding.

Understanding of how because of intense societal pressure and conditioning, the odds are often stacked against us when considering a break from alcohol, and wanting to walk away from it completely can feel like a mammoth task when everyone around you looks at it as the only way to escape our problems.

But the thing is beautiful human - that doesn't have to be the way it is.

If you had a place to go every month, where everyone feels the same way, where everyone is cheering you on, and everyone is supporting you in your challenges.

What could be possible for you then?

This is where so much magic can happen.

I really can't wait to share this space with you, this exploration of what it is to be a woman deeply connected to her body's wisdom and liberated from booze.

I'm Gayle - the founder of Suli Yoga & Embodiment. After making it to one year of sobriety I found myself wanting to share and celebrate with the world, what I learnt was there are so many other women in the same boat as me. Already making the leap into a t-total life or wanting to try it but lacking the tools, support or motivation to start. This is the space of belonging and sisterhood I wish I'd had three years ago and a place for me to offer the tools of my expertise in somatic healing to others overcoming the grip of alcohol.

The cost to join the circle is a contribution based on what level of support you would like.
