How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

We would like to invite you to the highlight of the Auburn South Primary School event calendar - The Winter Wonderland Gala Ball!

To be held on Saturday 20th July at Leonda By The Yarra from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Dress: Black Tie

Tickets are $170 per person and include unlimited beer, wine and champagne, canapes, a two course meal and fabulous entertainment. There is an open bar available for additional drinks to be purchased.

This highly anticipated event is a sell out each year so it is essential you book as soon as possible as we will ask you to choose your own seat.

To book your ticket please note the following:

  • Tickets can be purchased individually or one person may purchase multiple tickets on behalf of other guests.
  • You will need each attendee's name, dietary requirements and child/rens name and class.
  • With regard to dietary requirements, please note these are allergies or serious requirements only.
  • Tables are made up of 10 or 12 people. You will select your seat, and those of friends you are purchasing for, as you book your ticket. Please note that tables and seat positions may be subject to change if necessary.
  • If you are not sure which table to sit on, please select a table and we can move you to one with other parents in your year level. If this applies to you, please contact us:
