Event description

Assembly 2025 is here.

Three days of community and connection to catalyse change. The B Corp community is gathering on Darkinjung Country, New South Wales: 20 — 22 October 2025, one hour north of Sydney. In 2025, we’re submerging ourselves in nature — we’re entering the Valley. Will we see you there?

First release tickets - grab your ticket and book your accommodation

The first release includes 50 tickets available until 31 March 2025 or until sold out. We have a limit of two tickets per organisation for the first round. There will be three rounds of ticket releases, and prices will increase. More information is available on our website here

What to purchase:

1. Assembly ticket

This provides you access to three days of sessions, workshops and connection with premium speakers, designed by B Corps for B Corps. This ticket does not include accommodation. Please see the ticketing page for more information on inclusions and exclusions and our Terms and Conditions here.

2. Accommodation ticket

To make the most of your Assembly experience, we highly recommend staying on-site in our premium glamping tents. This unique opportunity offers comfort and a deeper connection with nature, making your time with us truly special.

The site is thoughtfully designed for accessibility and comfort, embodying Assembly’s commitment to meaningful experiences and stepping outside the ordinary. We have amenities including on-site showers and bathrooms at a high patron ratio.

For those seeking flexibility, we offer a BYO camping option where you can bring your tent and equipment to stay on-site.

While nearby hotels or staying with friends are alternative options, please note that this means missing out on the core immersive experience and programming that makes Assembly truly unique. Visit our website for more information.

3. Bus ticket

An optional return shuttle bus service is available from Sydney CBD to the venue for ease of access. This add-on is available up until the event, and you can purchase it at a later date.

The shuttle bus runs from Sydney CBD to Glenworth Valley on Monday 20 October, and returns to the CBD on Wednesday 22 October.

About Assembly

‘Assembly’ is an unforgettable gathering for B Corps, designed for connection and catalysing change. It goes beyond just gathering; it’s meaningful conversations, designed to lead to tangible actions, by challenging ourselves as leaders and change makers.

In a world where disconnection is often the norm, over three days we will unplug, and rediscover the power of genuine connection and weave change that is as vibrant as it is vital.

We invite B Corps to be part of interactive breakouts, guided conversations, and healthy debates, where we surface the issues that matter most to our B Corp community, and connect with fellow purpose driven businesses to collectively go further, together.

Equity Tickets

At B Lab, we are committed to making our events welcoming and culturally safe spaces for all. We are offering equity tickets for First Nations and Māori attendees to recognise the systemic barriers to participation

Our equity tickets are priced consistently throughout the sales process, meaning the price will remain the same and won’t increase at any point.

Accessibility

The site is wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility requirements or specific needs you want to discuss, feel free to contact us at events@bcorporation.com.au — we’re happy to assist. Alternatively, you can let us know in the checkout questions when registering.
