Assessing DEI Maturity and Impact
Description
As diversity, inclusion and equity work becomes more embedded, many organisations are looking for clearer ways to understand what is working, where gaps remain and what will create the greatest impact.
In this webinar session, Dr Judy Lundy from Edith Cowan University, will introduce ECU's evidence-based Diversity and Inclusion Capability Maturity Model, a practical framework developed by ECU's School of Business and Law to help organisations assess their current position, identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise actions that drive meaningful progress.
The model examines the organisational conditions that shape DEI progress, including leadership accountability, measurement, responsibility, drivers for change and practical mechanisms for improvement.
This session will help your organisation:
Assess DEI maturity beyond activity, intent or isolated initiatives
Understand the organisational conditions that influence progress
Identify gaps between current and desired practice
Prioritise improvement efforts and support continuous progress
