ASSFest M25 Rim | Sex Positive Parenting
Event description
*** An ASSFEST M25 Rim event - see here for ALL the juicy details! ***
How do we talk about bodies, consent, and boundaries with young children in a way that feels authentic and age-appropriate? How do early behaviours and curiosities connect to the way we grow into our sexual selves?
Join Eve and Elisa — both sex educators and parents of young children — for an honest, evolving conversation about raising kids with openness, respect, and body positivity. We'll share our personal experiences, the values we hold, and the challenges we’re still navigating.
Rather than offering all the answers, we aim to create a collaborative space to reflect on what sex-positive parenting looks like in the real world. Expect lively discussion, audience Q&A, and a welcoming environment for genuine, meaningful conversations.
🍑 ABOUT EVE X 🍑
Eve X is the founder of Sacred Primal Arts, The Australian School of Sexuality and Tantric Kink Australia (forthcoming). She first entered the sexuality industry almost twenty five years ago; since then she has worked in various aspects of the field.
Eve is best known for her provocative and profound erotic performance art with Sai Jaiden Lillith; they have been appearing regularly on stages in Melbourne and Sydney since 2019 as Infernal Desire Machine. Eve has held over 60 sexuality education spaces since 2019. She is a regular educational presenter with OzKinkFest and Sexpo / LoveX, and co-owner of Alter Space.
Eve’s work is deeply embodied; informed by queerness, neurodivergence and chronic illness. It is also deeply transpersonal; weaving politics, ecology and spirituality into the story of the body.
🍑 ABOUT ELISA 🍑
Elisa is a relationship counsellor and sex educator. She worked as a professional dominatrix for eight years in both Italy and Australia. Originally from Rome, Elisa co-founded the polyamory community there in 2012 and was actively involved in the local kink scene before relocating to Sydney in 2015. Since then, she has expanded her work into tantra, body awareness, and holistic sexuality practices.
In February 2018, Elisa founded Intimate Horizons, an organisation offering workshops on alternative sexuality, body awareness, and personal growth. Since then, she has been teaching throughout Australia—mainly in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane—as well as internationally in the US (San Francisco and Las Vegas) and Europe (Berlin, Wien, and Rome).
Her passion for shibari led her to join the Peer Rope Melbourne community in 2021, and she took over leadership of the school in 2023, a shibari school with more than 100 classes every year. Elisa is currently studying psychology with the aim of gaining formal qualifications to teach, in the future, consent, boundary setting, and sexuality education to young adults.
