“First we need to look after ourselves before we can look after others”.

We hear this all the time but what does this look like and why is it important?

Come along to discuss how to find balance in ourselves so we can provide the best versions of ourselves to others. Come to explore how you can support the child’s sense of wellbeing in the context of outcome 3 of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Attendance certificate

To be eligible to receive your certificate for this workshop, participants must attend all sessions, have their camera on and be visible for each session.
