Astral Collective w/Ella V @ Ringo Barr

Making their debut, Astral Collective is a jazz / funk fusion ensemble made up of Monash University jazz and popular music students. The band consists of Flynn Wilkinson on keys/synths, Jay Hills on guitar, Matilda Yang on bass and Sebastian Perello on drums. 

Astral Collective shares a love of fusion music from all around the world, presenting a range of original material and reimagined classics from powerhouse bands such as Casiopea and T-Square. Driven by the desire to bring a wide range of instrumental styles into one cohesive performance, join Astral Collective as they combine a glorious combination of mid-century latin rhythms, 70s funk, 80s synth rock, 90s smooth jazz, city-pop and new-wave synth groove.
