As winter’s cloistering hug begins to loosen, spring invites us to open, release and expand.
Join Yoga Teacher Nicole for a joyful evening of yoga beneath the night sky, surrounded by fairy lights and the creative atmosphere of Michael Reid Gallery & Gardens. Astro Flow is inspired by the awakening energy of spring — a time to emerge from hibernation, shed what feels limiting and reconnect with a sense of possibility.
We’ll move through an energising yoga flow with glow sticks, music and playful springtime energy, gradually rising towards joyful heights. Inspired by the expansiveness of the cosmos, the vastness of the night sky and the wonder of starlight, this is an opportunity to feel uplifted, spacious and connected.
Then, as the evening settles, we’ll soften into a lay-down guided meditation (bring your blankies) and star-gazing, allowing the energy of the practice to gently return you to calm centredness.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply curious to try something different, you’re warmly invited. Come and open to the season, release winter’s stillness and make space for joy, connection and expansion.

What to bring
Please wear comfortable layers so you can stay warm as the evening cools. Bring your yoga mat, along with any props, blankets and pillows you may need for the final lay-down guided meditation and star-gazing.
Nicole will bring four spare yoga mats for anyone who needs to borrow one.

Astro Flow is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain, hail or shine. If the rooftop is unsuitable due to the weather, we’ll move into the luxurious art gallery and enjoy our evening of movement, meditation and connection indoors surrounded by the warm glow of fairy lights.

Ticket holders may cancel their own ticket up to 1 day prior to the event.
