2. We do techniques that can help to:

⦿ Make us feel one with all things

⦿ Helps us to heal and build relationships with our fellow man and ourselves.

⦿ Heal confusion in our life.

⦿ Strengthen our communication with our guidance and ourselves.

⦿ Give us a broader understanding of metaphysics

3. Each week we can refine our understanding of concepts and confusion to help us build a stronger base for our feelings.

4. The group work is run over seven weekly sessions of 2 ½ hours per week

5. They are run by a group leader who is trained in Trance A, B and C
