Please join us at Oak Grove Retreat for a day of astrology based on Venus & Mercury Retrograde followed by a 60min sound bath for nervous system reset. Any retrograde of a personal planet is powerful, even more so when there are two happening at once, especially in the same sign! Scorpio is the energy of deep emotional intensity and this promises to be a potent retro season. After the astrology circle, we will lead into an immersive sound bath facilitated by Healing in Waves. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc. This is a time for reflection and deep rest. Let the sounds wash over you, ground you into stillness, and assist with integrating all that you learned during the astrology session.

Possible benefits of sound healing include stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, decreased pain, and enhanced intuition and creativity. All that you need to do is show up and receive while letting the sound journey do the work for you.
