AstroBreath: Your Inner Compass

What if astrology was something you could experience, rather than simply learn?

Your Inner Compass is a one-day introduction to astrology and AstroBreath, designed to make the language of astrology intuitive, memorable and personal.

We'll spend the morning exploring the Zodiac through its archetypes, patterns, symbols and stories. Rather than memorising a collection of signs and keywords, you'll begin learning how to recognise the archetypes in yourself, in other people and in the world around you.

You'll then discover your Big 3: Sun, Moon and Rising sign, explore how these three archetypes work together in you, and create your own Big 3 chart to take home.

In the afternoon, we'll move from understanding astrology to experiencing it.

Through a facilitated AstroBreath session, we'll use conscious connected breath to explore and integrate what you've discovered during the day.

Over the day you will:

Explore the 12 signs as living archetypes
Learn a simple framework for understanding the Zodiac
Discover your Sun, Moon and Rising signs
Create your own Big 3 chart to take home
Experience a facilitated AstroBreath session
Meet astrology in a way that's practical, experiential and uniquely yours

No previous experience with astrology or breathwork is required.
