Autistic children learn language in many ways, for some that includes learning in “chunks” or scripts rather than word-by-word, a way of developing communication called Gestalt Language Processing (GLP). Identified as AuDHD in adulthood, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. As passionate advocate, Frances is dedicated to changing the way we talk about Autism, centering strengths, reducing shame, and empowering children and families to thrive.
