Event description

You are welcome here, we have a seat prepared for you.

Our gatherings offer an invitation to engage in open and honest conversations about life, God, spirituality and the values that matter most to you. No matter where you are in life, or in your spiritual journey, there is always a seat for you at our table.

This table gathering is hosted by Lauren Harkness and a special guest Rosemary Gattuso.

Rosemary will get us talking about:

Overcoming overthinking: Turning this potential hinderance into an empowering asset and vehicle for growth.

Come together with our wider network of wonderful women and share the joy of community!

As we feast on fresh baked scones and tea and have plenty of time to connect with each other, we open discussions about the various seasons of life, including relationships, work, caring for ourselves + caring for others.

About At Her Table

It is our mission to make the world a more connected place by gathering women for conversation and true community, in ways that align with our values.

At Her Table gathers women to develop meaningful connections and to be a leading network that empowers women across the globe to explore and share and celebrate their individual spiritual journey.

About our guest host - Rosemary Gattuso

Rosemary has been in alternate dispute resolution for over 15 years with a specialisation in family mediation and restorative justice practices. As a family dispute resolution practitioner, she has helped many families to separate and establish in a respectful and child focussed way.

She is on various Restorative Justice panels for Commonwealth agencies, including the Defence Force Ombudsman, the National Redress Scheme, and the Territories Stolen Generation Scheme. As a facilitator and trainer, she has been able to share her knowledge and experience on a larger scale, assisting mediators and mental health practitioners to work with a strengths-based lens.

Her interest and continued professional development in the area of child development, trauma and neuroscience have added another layer of meaning to the way in which she works and has placed her in a unique position to observe, learn, reflect and share.

As a chronic over-thinker, Rosemary experienced first-hand the transformative impact of rewriting overthinking into strengths reflection and is committed to sharing this with the world.
