About the Pop-Up

In celebration of ATEEZ's first-ever Australia tour, an official pop-up store in Melbourne is hosted by HAPPYTOWN.

We welcome all ATINYs to join us and enjoy the pop-up experience!

What to Expect at the Pop-Up

Photo Zone Step right into the "In Your Fantasy" concept and capture your most precious moments. The immersive photo zone is designed to make you feel like you're part of ATEEZ's fantasy world.

Message Wall Leave a welcoming message for ATEEZ and become part of our special archive. Your words will be collected and cherished as a memory of this tour.

Exclusive Merchandise Browse and shop a wide selection of merchandise, including Asia-Australia tour exclusive items.

Parking Information

No parking facilities are available on-site. We strongly encourage using public transportation.

Pre-Booking Ticket Notice

Ticket Release Tickets for each day will be released at 9:00 AM on the same day.

One Ticket Per Person Each person may only purchase one ticket. One ticket admits one guest only — accompanied entry is not allowed.

Reservation Required Entry is by PRE-BOOKED RESERVATION ONLY. Walk-ins will NOT BE TAKEN under any circumstances.

Time Slots Each session is 30 minutes long, with a maximum of 25 guests per session. There are 14 sessions available each day.

Ticket Policy

Ticket Confirmation Please present your digital ticket (QR code) on your mobile device at the entrance. Screenshots are accepted. No physical ticket or ID is required.

Late Arrival If you arrive late to your session, entry is permitted only within your allocated time slot. No extensions will be given for late arrivals.

Cancellations & Changes Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for a different session. Please book carefully.

No-Show Policy Failure to arrive during your booked session will be considered a no-show.s.

Queue Guidelines

Arrival Time Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session. Lining up earlier than this is not permitted.

No Waiting Area There is no waiting area outside the venue. Please do not arrive too early.

Session End Time Please be mindful of your session end time. Staff will be asked to exit promptly when the session ends to ensure a smooth experience for the next group.

Purchase Limits and Policy

All pop-up merchandise is subject to purchase limits to ensure fair access for all ATINYs.

• All other items (exclude Cup Sleeve Keyring): Limited purcahse to 3 per person

• Cup Sleeve Keyring: Limited purchase to 1 per person.

Limited Quantities All merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items may sell out, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

No Refunds or Exchanges All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

On-Site Rules

Photography & Filming Personal photography and filming are allowed in the venue. Please be considerate of other guests and staff.

Re-entry Re-entry is NOT permitted once you exit the venue. Please ensure you have completed your visit before leaving.

Bags & Belongings Large bags, suitcases, and luggage are not permitted inside the venue. No storage facilities are available on-site. Please plan accordingly.

Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

Lost & Found HAPPYTOWN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your items secure at all times.
