Term 4, 2024: 7-week program, NO TRAINING 2ND OF NOV, DUE TO STATE GAMES

Join us for fun, fitness, and friendship! Special Olympics is sport, health, and personal development for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

The ultimate outcome for everyone is to enjoy being active – and to stay active for life!

Sessions include:  

small-sided games that allow for high involvement  
games with modified rules, area and equipment to promote inclusion and prompt understanding
Health education and social activities

About Special Olympics Australia

Special Olympics Australia provides weekly grassroots sporting opportunities, recreational, social and health programs for people with intellectual disability/autism to help them develop physical fitness, build self-esteem, demonstrate courage, and make friends.

With a focus on participation, Special Olympics is a great vehicle for inclusion, social and community participation, health and wellbeing, and personal development outcomes.

Please note that this program is not running on the 30th of March due to SA public holidays.
