"Yet in this body there is another soul, who is Source, the original owner, who watches and guides you, and who is known as the Higher Self."

Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation.

In this Sunday's dharma talk, we turn inward to Atman - the quiet inner call, higher self or intuition that has been guiding us all along. We'll look back gently on the past, noticing its soft hand in life's pivotal moments, then learn how to recognise, trust and lean on this inner guidance in everyday life.

What to expect:

A gentle dharma talk on Atman, the higher self and intuition
Quiet, guided journalling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or pranic healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a quiet mind.
