If Social Media feels a bit ”ick” to you and you dread having to show up on camera, then this session is for you.

In this session Lynsey is going to take you through how audiences use and interact with different types of content across social media and help you understand where and when you should be showing up for them. We are also going to take a look at how the social media platforms give you insights into what your audience wants to see from you and how to use that to create more engaging and meaningful conversation.

One of the most direct tools for conversation unique to the social media platforms is live video and in this session you will learn ways to get confidence and composure when going live on Social Media.

  • Understand the psychology of social media and where it differentiates between platforms and audiences.
  • Develop your message and purpose on social media
  • Discover how to look at your social media metrics to understand what your audience is interested in
  • Learn new ways you can use social media to create conversation.
