Essential Oils for Immune Support

There is more to essential oils than simply dabbing them on your wrists when you want to smell good or rubbing them on your chest when you feel stuffed up.

Essential oils can be incorporated into many practices and techniques such as yoga, polarity therapy, counselling, home uses and of course body work, to great effect.

In this short webinar we’ll be discussing applications of essential oils that support the immune system. We’ll demonstrate a practice, offer blend ideas and touch on the emotional “immune system” and how you can support it. This fun session will be both practical and informative.

As a result of completing this webinar, participants will learn: The many ways essential oils can be brought into the home and the clinic or office to create a more protected environment; gentle support for the immune system of an individual and the people around them; and how to use essential oils to assess and promote wellness in physical, emotional and mental “immunity”.

Brenda Rogers is a clinical naturopath, aromatherapist, yoga teacher and life coach specialising in midlife and menopausal transition. She loves science as well as the more mysterious arts such as iridology and energy medicine.

Sarah Li-Chiang is a Remedial Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Clinical Aromatherapist and Teacher. She runs Inner Alchemy, a remedial massage clinic and has taught massage in major natural therapies colleges and privately for over 16 years. She specialises in hot stone therapy and aromatherapy training.

Aromatherapy has been a huge passion of Sarah’s for over 25 years. Sarah believes we deserve to live a long life, with healthy minds and bodies, free of chemicals in our homes, bodies and in our environment.
