Event description

As of July 1, 2024, not-for-profit (NFP) organisations of all sizes face fundamental changes in their reporting obligations. Assistant Commissioner Jennifer Moltisanti from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) will be joining us to provide updates on critical reporting changes affecting NFPs.

During her presentation, Jennifer Moltisanti will cover:
  • An overview of the NFP sector and what attracts the ATO’s attention
  • The new reporting requirements for self-assessing income tax exempt organisations
  • How NFPs can prepare for the reporting requirements
  • Transitional support available to NFPs
  • Updates on Public Advice and Guidance.

This event will provide essential information for NFPs to ensure they are ready and feel supported for the upcoming changes, featuring Assistant Commissioner Jennifer Moltisanti's expert guidance, as these changes will have wide-ranging impacts on not for profit organisations in Australia.
