Gaining understanding of the development of Attachment Theory and the four attachment styles: Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Disorganised
Identifying Attachment Styles in your clients: Understanding Behaviors and Patterns
Understand the impact of different attachment styles on adult relationships including attachment hunger
Gaining insight in the important role of interpersonal neurobiology and the vital need for secure attachments to process and regulate emotions
Practical strategies for healing attachment wounds and supporting your clients to move towards a more secure attachment style
Understanding the value of corrective experiences in developing a secure attachment (which can happen throughout life)
