This workshop will help you get clear on who your ideal client is and how to reach them through your messaging. By using language that resonates with your ideal client you are better able to address their pain points and highlight the real benefits of your product or services.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools and clarity to work smarter, not harder, attracting the right clients who are already looking for what you have to offer.

This topic covers:

Identify ideal clients base on needs, values, behaviours and decision making style.
Understand what motivates ideal clients to buy, stay loyal and refer others.
Develop a client profile or avatar to use to guide marketing, sales and service decisions.
Learn how to tailor messaging and offerings to better resonate with your ideal client.
Create a practical action plan to attract and convert the right clients.

This session is for small business owners who want to attract more of the right clients and turn them into loyal, repeat customers.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
