Join author Libby Robin as she discusses her new book What Birdo is That? and discusses ways you can entice a variety of local birds to your garden by making it attractive to them.
What Birdo is That? explores the interplay between knowing about birds and caring about their future. Bird-people are motivated in different ways, but they all love birds. For many, birds are a way they understand the more-than-human world. Birds and their people can be funny, intriguing and surprising.

Accessibility Information for the Ballarat Town Hall:
- The Bath Lane side of the building is recommended for people requiring accessible parking. Through this entrance is a lift to Level 1 of the Ballarat Town Hall, where this event will be.
- The Sturt Street entrance has stairs into the building and up to Level 1.
- Lift access is only available through the Bath Lane entrance after 5pm.
- Toilets with wheelchair access are available.
