Attune is back for a 2nd year of magic, showcasing local teachers and healers with the theme of 'authenticity.' Join us for a celebration of Conscious Community with a day of nourishment in nature at Four Winds.

Weaving together yoga, ecstatic dance, sound healing, workshops, open hearted singing and delicious food, this will be a day to connect with friends old and new and drop into your deeper self. Relax into fullest presence as we delve into ways to listen to our body, mind and spirit and be more joyously and authentically ourselves!

All inclusive full-day program includes morning tea and lunch.
All you need to bring is your yoga mat, blanket/cushion and water bottle. We will have some extra mats to hire if you happen to need one.

Hatha Yoga with Vera

Join Vera for a beautiful yoga practice that will take you into the depths of your being. Reaching beyond the physical body into the pranic (life force), emotional, mental and spiritual body, reconnect with your wholeness, knowing that nothing has to be changed.

Vera is a Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher and Healer who provides a safe and loving space that allows you to be fully in your heart and listen to what it wants to share with you.

Vera delights in bringing community together at the Good Vibes Studio in Bermagui where she holds a space for facilitators to offer their gifts and shares her own love for Traditional Hatha Yoga. She also pours her love into organising the Vibration of the Heart Retreats at Tilba, Women's Retreats in Victoria and the Bali Pilgrimage.

'Fully Authentic' Workshop with Joani and Gini

Joani and Gini invite you to tune in and turn up the volume on your authenticity. A fun workshop using gentle enquiry and energy practices for aligning the heart, gut and head. Ginni specialises in Reiki Training, Equine Therapy with children, and Whole Energy Balancing and the author of "Awaken' a simple guidebook to empowerment. Joani is a writer, mindfulness teacher, and wellbeing coach, who facilitates nature connection for healing. Together Joani and Gini have a shared love of helping others to raise their vibration and access their higher selves.

'Earth your body' dance with Cassi

Let your body move and your heart open. Earth My Body is an invitation to Dance - a powerful mix of music and movement that will take you to your core. We will be dancing outside (weather permitting) amongst the spotted gums using headphones - dance with nature and your own true nature.

Yoga Nidra with Jane Corben

Jane, a Tantric Hatha yoga teacher and teacher trainer, will guide us into a deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra. With over 40 years of experience on the mat, and a successful studio of ten years in Jindabyne, Jane is now establishing a nature retreat training space on nearby Baragoot Lake, Jai Yoga

Jane delivers her wisdom from her unique experiences as a serial entrepreneur, sacred spacemaker, risk taker, nature lover, grandma to 8 and wise sage to many more. Acknowledging how yoga has supported her through many evolutions, she is driven to build conscious community and share these profound teachings with others.

'Soul Connection Singing' with Arati

A highlight from the inaugural Attune ...Arati will once again invite you to tap into your vocal power and expression. Attune to the sound around you and dissolve into the whole. Arati has been teaching individuals and groups to sing for over 25 years. Let your heart and voice connect with others to express love in the form of song. Arati reminds us “Every voice, like every soul is precious”

HeartSound sonic sound healing journey

with Vanessa Forbes and Steve Mazabow

HeartSound take you on a sonic healing journey using the ancient deep tones of didgeridoo, interwoven with angelic vocals, the mystical sounds of the mayan temple flute, handpan, gongs, guitar and percussion. Let the sounds resonate deeply inside your body, gently moving you into a deep state of relaxation and helping you tune into your own natural inner guidance and healing. HeartSound is a husband and wife team, Vanessa Forbes and Steve Mazabow who have been performing music together since 2014.

If Mother Earth could sing you a sweet song then this is how she would sound. Vanessa’s voice has the ability to lull you into a serene state resembling melting into love and drifting through blue skies.Vanessa has a CD released “Love Letters from the Universe”
Steve has travelled throughout Australian and the globe sharing yoga and music in classes, workshops, and events. Steve is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher, and together with Vanessa holds Yin Yoga Sessions with live music, called The Sound of Yin creating a unique and deeply relaxing experience.
