Atua Wāhine | Māori Goddesses
Storytelling & Embodiment of feminine archetypes and goddesses. 

Full Day Workshop - Sunday 8th December
Adddress: Arataki Visitor Centre, 300 Scenic Drive, Oratia, Auckland.

Connect with other Wāhine on an intimate and sacred journey of rediscovering Atua Wāhine (Māori deities). We will explore the archetypes and polarities of two prominent Atua Wāhine - 

Hine ahu one - the first woman crafted from clay & Hine nui te pō - the guardian of the spirit world. 

This will be delivered through storytelling, embodiment and somatic practices. 

You will learn about the whakapapa (lineage) of both Atua, their stories and how our lives mirror the themes and lessons of these pūrakau (stories).

This event is open to women of all cultures who are curious to learn and deepen into the vast and glorious world of Māori mythology, we welcome you all. 

Whether you are familiar with Māori philosophies or a complete beginner, we welcome you all.
