Event description

Tour The Greenhouse with Ockham Residential’s Tania Wong, Project Architect for this impressive new apartment building situated just off Ponsonby Road.

Step inside some of the apartments and get up close to the iridescent, green-glazed bricks from Italy that make this building so appealing. Hear about how the finishes and design elements were inspired by the birds, bush and ocean of Tāmaki Makaurau, with Tania and her team exploring an “Aotearoa aesthetic” through the design of this building.

Meet in the sales suite accessed from Williamson Ave (next to the LT McGuiness building).
