Auckland Sketching Series with Grant Coupland

Grant Coupland has been sketching for the most of his life and has been capturing places from his travels and journey through life through his sketching. He has in recent years created a presentation that he presents at various workshops around Auckland. The presentation explains the step-by-step process to recreational drawing, from structuring your drawing with the use of perspectives and proportions, up to your drawing vocabulary by using different lines weights, markings, shading and watercolour. The first event of the Auckland Sketching series will focus on just that, a basics to sketching presentation workshop and is aimed as a learning experience, so come along, get creative and bring any material you wish to sketch with.
