The stories are about what binds us together and pushes us apart, offering moments of reflection and connection. Meet a group of women standing up to a corporation, a couple out stealing cars, a grumpy neighbour starting a petition, and a man who has woken up inside a strange machine. Join us to explore the cinematic landscape of Turkey.

This collection of short films was curated in collaboration with Izmir Cinema House and is presented in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in New Zealand.

The five Turkish short films include:
