Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation.

In this Sunday's dharma talk, we exlore audarya - compassion, one of the soul's quietest and most natural gifts. Like the child who shares without a second thought, or a mother bird feeding her young, we'll gently learn to notice the compassion already within and around us, and its soft, reciprocal gift back to us: deep prosperity.

What to expect:

A dharma talk on the three forms of compassion (Audarya)
Quiet, guided journaling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or energy healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind.
