Event description

For our fourth in-person Audio Club meetup of the year, come and meet your fellow Sydney audio enthusiasts at fbi.radio in Alexandria!

Share story ideas, sources of inspiration, and what you've been listening to recently.

We'll be joined by audio producer, experimental artist, and community facilitator Shareeka Helaluddin, who will be presenting an immersive workshop on using visual maps, creative scoring and the politics of listening to create soundscapes and field-recordings-based audio.

Audio Club is all about bringing the All The Best community together to foster connection and collaboration, both in and out of the recording booth.

Shareeka Helaluddin is a sound artist, researcher, radio broadcaster and community facilitator. She’s currently the Executive Producer of Race Matters on fbi.radio and Coordinator for Multicultural Peers Project, where she attempts to find moments of alchemy and liberation through collaborative, culturally-engaged practices.
