Yucky Public Program Curator, Hen Vaughan will share the knowledge they have learnt from liasing with the exhibition artists.

Yucky is a group exhibition that explores the personal and political complexities that exist as part of disabled experience. The exhibition’s premise and title has been led by artist Sam Petersen in conversation with ACE. This is a group exhibition featuring a custom made bench that can be sat on, a knitted jumper, photographs, a kinetic installation, ceramics, and poetry.

  • This is a walking tour through the gallery with stools or seats with backrests available.
  • There are also audio files of each artist statement and core exhibition information throughout the gallery space accessible via a QR code – you can access these at any time here.
