AUES Presents Stein II: Bahamas & Pyjamas

As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, we know there’s no better place to study than from the comfort of your own bed in your finest pyjamas. With assignments piling up, you decide to lock in and get some serious mahi done. 

But just as you start to relax to the sound of a 2x speed lecture, your mate sends you a holiday video all the way from the Bahamas. Swaying palm trees, tropical breezes, and island beats fill your mind. You wonder whether you’d rather keep sipping your hot chocolate or swap it for a cold Piña Colada in front of the turquoise waves. 

So whether you prefer your jammies or some island attire, AUES is proud to present: the Pyjamas vs Bahamas Stein! Join us next week on Thursday the 2nd of May at FACE Club for one howler of a night.

All door sales: $20

This event is strictly 18+, so a viable form of ID is required (driver’s licence/passport). We’ll also require student IDs with your AUES ‘24 stickers if you have a members ticket.

Finally, we've got a few ground rules for this righteous shindig: 

1. Doors will open at 8pm and you must be in line before 9:30 pm or else you will NOT be let in. One way door policy applies at all times. However there WILL be door sales for anyone who hits snooze on their alarm for tickets. 
2. We can’t wait to see you all in your finest PJs and beach fits but please make sure to wear closed shoes, and no hats of any kind. 
3. No alcohol is to be consumed outside the venue; police and security will be searching the surrounding area. If you are caught, you will not be allowed in and could be fined. Don't be a fool, there's plenty of drinks inside the joint, so keep it cool.
4. This one's a no-brainer, but we're gonna spell it out for you anyway. Remember to show some respect to the venue, the staff, and everyone sharing the dance floor with you. We're all here to have a blast, so let's keep it friendly.
