About Dan Hochman:
There’s a numinous yearning to Dan Hochman’s music. He asks questions about what it means to be human and what it takes to heal. But like his favorite mystic poets, he finds questions more compelling than answers. Ear Milk Magazine praised his “bittersweet melodies and soulful vocals,” saying “Hochman effortlessly fuses elements of blues, folk, and soul.” Hochman’s notable collaborations and tours include, Grammy nominated Hiss Golden Messenger and Matt McCaughan of (Bon Iver), Nolan Taylor, and Julia Nunes. His forthcoming record Constellation’s debuts this August.
About Megan Burtt:
Megan Burtt is an award-winning singer-songwriter and producer whose velvety, powerful voice and emotionally resonant songwriting have taken her around the world. Winner of the Kerrville NewFolk Competition, Rocky Mountain Folks Festival Songwriter Showcase and Denver's Westword Music Award for Best Singer-Songwriter, she has also been recognized as a finalist in the Mountain NewSong Competition, Telluride Bluegrass Songwriting Contest, Great American Song Contest and Songwriter Serenade.
Megan has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, sharing stages with artists including Gregory Alan Isakov, Marc Cohn, Brett Dennen, The Fray, Lissie and LeAnn Rimes. Her recordings have featured collaborations with acclaimed musicians including Louis Cato, and she was invited to perform with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra.
Her latest full-length release, Witness, showcases her gift for pairing honest storytelling with soul-stirring melodies and organic, genre-blurring arrangements. The album was hailed by Guitar Girl Magazine as "surely one of the best albums of 2024." She is currently preparing two new releases: one produced by acclaimed singer-songwriter and producer Anthony da Costa, and another featuring lush orchestral arrangements that further expand her cinematic sound.
A former founding member of the roots collective Gingerbomb and current frontwoman of the modern western project Road Pony, Megan writes songs that balance lyrical depth, vulnerability and unforgettable melodies. Along the way, she's played music on nearly every continent, summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, survived a decade of gluten-free living and still dreams of becoming an olive farmer in Spain. After all, life is long — and longing remains one of her greatest sources of inspiration.
About Madeleine Leigh:
Madeleine Leigh is a bass player, multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter based in Boulder. She spent the past decade in Austin, Texas, performing with her internationally acclaimed world-folk band Ley Line and bluegrass trio Steel Betty. Throughout her touring career, she has shared the stage with artists such as Bonnie Paine of Elephant Revival and Silas Herman of Leftover Salmon. She has appeared at major music festivals including Kerrville Folk Festival, Austin City Limits, Telluride Bluegrass and SXSW and has opened for prominent acts like Billy Strings, The Infamous Stringdusters and The Wood Brothers. She released her first solo album, as it is, in November 2024 — a record she wrote, produced, and performed the majority of the instrumentation on.
