As a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and founder of The Hot Oily Mumma, Kim Thomson is dedicated to empowering peri-menopausal and menopausal women to take control of their health and wellbeing. Her passion for aromatherapy and essential oils was sparked by her own struggles with hormonal imbalances, which led her to discover the profound impact that these natural remedies can have on overall health.

With her unique blend of clinical expertise and humour, Kim's presentations are both informative and entertaining, packed with fascinating facts, practical insights, and real-life stories. As a certified clinical aromatherapist, she has helped countless women find relief from symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, and fatigue, and has developed a reputation for her compassionate and empathetic approach.

Through her business, The Hot Oily Mumma, Kim offers a range of services, workshops and products designed to support women in achieving better health, less stress, and more balance in their lives.

And this month Kim’s talk is aptly named From Chaos to Calm: Navigating the challenges faced by women over 40. Practical tips for reducing stress, balancing hormones and improving sleep.
