Once settled and guided into relaxation with Yoga Nidra, you will experience

the profound vibration from the live playing Didgeridoo. Fall into deep

relaxation and observation as the soundwaves travel along the

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yogic central meridian channel, (up and

along the mid-line of the body, pausing at energy points, then

travelling around the head and returning to the heart area).

Sink a little deeper as the sound and location of the live Didgeridoo meanders around the group.

Each soul present both hears and undeniably feels soundwaves, the same aural

sounds delivering palpable vibrations, this combination brings the

experience to a whole new group energy level!

BYO – creature comforts: blanket, bolster, head/eye pillow, scarf, water bottle.
