Join us for a yarn and then practice of Ancient Wisdom and Wellness Techniques, known to Indigenous Australians for over 80,000 years. (LIVE IN PERSON OR LIVE ON ZOOM.)

We will begin at 4:00pm (exactly) with a yarn, followed by a slow movement earth connection practice (standing or sitting or lying down - at your own capacity).

Exact location details will be released to confirmed attendees. Online will be via Zoom and this is a great way for everyone, everywhere to participate.

Cost for attendance is $35 live and $25 virtual.
